Pen Shoppe Pty Ltd is a specialist business based in Brisbane City, dedicated to the craftsmanship, restoration, and repair of fine writing instruments. With a strong reputation among collectors and pen enthusiasts, we provide expert services and products including precision work on pen nibs, feeders, converters, and pen bodies.

Responsibilities include:

Designing, crafting, and repairing precision parts of fine writing instruments, including pen nibs, feeders, converters, and pen bodies.

Interpreting technical drawings, design specifications, and customer requirements.

Performing highly detailed adjustments, refinishing, and restorations using specialised tools and fine handcraft techniques.

Diagnosing faults and carrying out delicate repair and maintenance work with high accuracy.

Ensuring consistent quality standards and attention to detail in all workmanship.Liaising with customers and colleagues to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.

Key Requirements:

Certificate III/IV or higher qualification in Instrument Making/Repair, or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrated expertise in precision craftsmanship, particularly with small-scale, delicate instruments.

Strong knowledge of materials such as metals, resins, and specialist pen components.Exceptional hand–eye coordination, attention to detail, and fine problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
