Shift Timings:

  • Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Afternoon/Evening (Active): 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Night (Passive Overnight): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Start Date: Tuesday, 11/11/2025 – Immediate start required

Role: Support Worker

We are looking for:

  • Reliable and compassionate male support workers to provide personalised care for a new male client in Victor Harbor.
  • Staff willing to work flexible shifts, including morning, afternoon, and overnight care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client with personal care (e.g., grooming, hygiene, dressing).
  • Support with daily living tasks and community participation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Monitor health and wellbeing; report changes to management.
  • Follow care plans and organisational policies.
  • Active support during afternoon/evening shifts; passive monitoring overnight.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Requirements:

  • Male applicants only (due to client preference).
  • Previous experience in disability, aged care, or similar support work preferred.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
  • Own transport preferred for community outings.
