We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities to enhance their daily living skills, build their independence, and foster meaningful community connections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to individuals with disabilities in various settings, including individual homes, group homes, community settings, and activity centers.
- Assist participants with daily living skills and promote their independence.
- Foster community connections and encourage participation in community activities.
- Implement health and allied health support plans, mealtime plans, and medication plans.
- Respond flexibly to the changing needs of participants and ensure their health and safety.
- Engage and motivate participants, helping them build on their strengths.
- Act as a vital link between Empowering Connection Group and our clients, working with dedicated coordination teams to ensure clients' care needs and goals are met.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $34.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
