Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Data Steward located in Sydney, NSW. The Data Steward will be responsible for managing data quality and integrity, ensuring compliance with data governance policies, and providing support in data management practices. Day-to-day tasks include data monitoring, performing data cleansing activities, and collaborating with various teams to ensure data consistency. The Data Steward will also be responsible for developing and enforcing data standards and conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Data Quality Management and Data Governance skills
  • Experience in Data Monitoring and Data Cleansing
  • Strong knowledge of Data Standards and Data Integrity principles
  • Ability to conduct Data Audits and ensure compliance with data policies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field
