Your Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join the team. Primero is committed to providing employment and development opportunities to recent Engineering Graduates, supporting a skills legacy to boost capability within industry and offer career opportunities to a diverse workforce.

We are looking for Engineers with a genuine interest in minerals processing design who want to understand how equipment and metallurgical processes work and see their designs come to life in the office and on site.

The Primero Graduate Program is a 2 year career development pathway, commencing early 2026, designed to cultivate our future leaders and engineering specialists.

What You 'Can Do'

  • Be in your final study year or have graduated recently with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
  • Have full unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Have the ability and willingness to travel to sites as required
  • Ability to commence in February 2026
  • Be a highly motivated individual who proactively, purposefully and efficiently completes tasks
  • Hold strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Take a team-focused approach, contributing to a continuous improvement culture
