We are a well established, Aussie owned business, with direct sales channels into nurseries and agriculture across Australia.

We are looking for a hands on experienced Account Manager who will focus on ranging our products into local nurseries and agriculture and horticultural clients across the greater Brisbane area as well as quarterly short trips to regional areas

The role will be based in our Narangba head office where we manufacture and distribute our products from but will involve travel in the Greater Brisbane area to meet with buyers and owners combined with occasional regional trips.

You will work directly on promoting our existing and new products into current clients as well as sourcing new clients. You will assist them with range selection, pricing and work with the MD on contract costings as well as commercial contract aspects

Currently our products are used by wholesale nurseries, growers, agriculture and horticulture industries on a daily basis so there is a definite market for our quality products. We are expanding the product range significantly and hence the need for this new position..

Your background will be in selling B2B and through buyers, and ideally into nurseries, horticulturalists and agriculture sectors and also retail channels such as Mitre 10, Bunnings, Supermarkets and major plant growers.

An interest in horticulture, agriculture, home lifestyle products, or gardening as a hobby  would be an added advantage.

There is a base salary plus bonus scheme, as well as a kilometre car allowance.

This is a very hands on , face to face sales role, so you need to be comfortable at building relationships, meeting new clients, sourcing business and working to give great service to everyone.
