About the Role: As our Functions & Events Coordinator, you'll plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of functions and events, from corporate meetings to private celebrations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand client needs and offer tailored event solutions
-
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, catering, AV, and staffing
-
Manage bookings and event details using iVvy and Delphi systems (preferred)
-
Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator and team for event success
-
Maintain accurate records, run sheets/BEOs, and documentation
-
Support sales activities, prepare quotes, and follow up on leads
-
Ensure all events meet quality, safety, and customer service standards
About You:
-
Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality/event management
-
Strong administrative and sales skills, with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Experience using iVvy and/or Delphi systems is highly regarded
-
Flexible to work various shifts, including occasional weekends and evenings
-
Positive, client-first attitude
