Join our friendly and fun team at our Wagga Wagga Head Office . In this dynamic inbound contact centre role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential support to Sureway colleagues across our metro and regional offices. The work is high paced and KPI driven yet rewarding.

You don't need Contact Centre experience if you can demonstrate reliability to your workplace, strong administration and customer service experience. Sureway's training and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need to transition to our team effectively.

Duties

  • Manage inbound call queues
  • Appointment booking and calendar management
  • Admin support for completion of routine contract specific tasks
  • Manage email enquiries

Skills We Look For

  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm and respectful in potentially challenging situations
  • Proficient IT and data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment is advantageous, but not essential
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
