Our client is a leading Australian law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. They are currently recruiting for an Associate with 2-4 years' experience to join their highly regarded employment practice.

As an integral member of this team, you will work collaboratively with the partners and other experienced lawyers on high-profile industrial relations and employment law matters. You will advise on all employment, workplace relations and work health & safety from conducting workplace investigations to corporate support.

This role would suit a talented employment lawyer who is client-focused, independent, and confident to run a broad range of matters with minimal supervision. Perhaps you are in a large team and are feeling undervalued, or it could be that you are looking for more diversity in your work?
