BLC Cosmetics (Beauty Loves Community) is a leading distributor of premium skincare, haircare, and wellness brands to salons, spas, and retailers across Australia and New Zealand. We've recently transitioned to running our own warehouse and are building a reliable and capable team to support our growing operations.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on and reliable Casual Warehouse Storeperson to join our Sydney-based team. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including receiving stock, order picking and packing, and operating forklifts for unloading/loading.

This role is ideal for someone who is safety-conscious, physically fit, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders (wholesale and eCommerce).
  • Safely operate a forklift and reach truck to load/unload pallets and move stock.
  • Assist with incoming goods: receiving, checking, and storing stock.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory through stock checks and cycle counts.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety requirements.
  • Work as part of the team to ensure same-day/next-day dispatch targets are met.
  • Support ad-hoc warehouse duties as required by the Warehouse Manager.
About You
  • Current forklift licence (essential).
  • Previous warehouse/storeperson experience preferred (retail, wholesale or eCommerce).
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 15–20kg.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Safety-focused and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible and available for casual shifts as required.
