The Opportunity:

We're looking for a proactive Storeperson to join the launch of a brand new distribution centre in Penrith. This is a hands on role where you'll be across everything from container unloading and pallet movements to order picking, assembly, and dispatch.

With the site still expanding, this is a chance to step into a role with real growth potential. You'll be involved in shaping processes, leading by example, and working closely with a small but dedicated team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Hands on warehouse operations including containers, pallets and dispatch
  • Operating forklifts (electric counterbalance) and manual handling
  • Pick, assemble, and prepare 5-15 orders per day for dispatch
  • Assist with product assembly and ERP data entry (NetSuite Experience Essential)
  • Work closely with onsite teams and sales staff to meet client needs
  • Uphold WHS, CoR, and quality control standards

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in warehouse or storeperson roles
  • Forklift licence (electric counterbalance experience ideal)
  • Comfortable with a mix of 50% picking / 50% assembly
  • Ability to take initiative and support small teams
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
