Streets Ice Cream Telesales Representative

Delvic Foods Pty Ltd is the distributor of market-leading brands such as Streets Ice Cream, Ben & Jerrys, Four'N Twenty and Mrs Mac's. We are currently seeking a motivated Telesales representative

Ability to work from home 1-2 days a week, though must be available to work in the office located in Derrimut every Monday. (after satisfactory training is completed)

Must live in the Greater Melbourne, Victoria area for training purposes and to work from the office in Derrimut.

Telesales is a key contributor to the continued growth of our company and for this reason, we require applicants to be very enthusiastic and dedicated to the role.

It is essential that applicants have experience in proactively selling products by phone to existing customers (Please note NO Cold Calling required).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contacting existing customers to take orders
• Advise customers of new products, and delivery information
• Entering orders into the ordering system
• Communicating with customers and colleagues via email
• Assisting customers with orders and up-selling products.
• A positive, commercial and customer-focused mindset

Skills, experience & requirements:

• An excellent telephone manner and verbal skills,
• Working in a team environment, and independently
• Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook emailing skills
• Ability to work from home and the office when required

The role is permanent part time, between 8am - 2.30pm, 2-3 days per week, approx hours per week ).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
