Key Responsibilities

  • Scope and estimate residential and light commercial insurance repairs

  • Prepare accurate and insurer-compliant pricing and documentation

  • Liaise with adjusters, homeowners, and internal delivery teams

  • Review reports, photos, and supporting trade documents

  • Submit timely and professional estimates

  • Assist in smooth project handover to supervisors and PMs

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in insurance estimating or assessing

  • Familiarity with Buildxact, ScopeLogic or similar tools

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Sound knowledge of building codes and insurance protocols

  • A professional and calm approach with stakeholders
