Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Excavator Operator located in Adelaide, SA. The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment for excavation tasks, maintaining equipment, and performing trench work. Daily tasks include safely operating machinery, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that all work complies with safety standards and project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Equipment Operation, Heavy Equipment, and Excavation
  • Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Trench work
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in operating excavation equipment; additional experience is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications and training such as VOC, RII, GPS tracking, and 3D GPS capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and within a team environment
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions
