Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
  • Conduct property appraisals, market analyses, and listing presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Manage property campaigns including open homes, auctions, and private inspections with the Selling Director
  • Prepare and present marketing strategies to vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, listings, and client communications.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the agency's professional reputation.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Associate or Real Estate Salesperson. Understand what it takes to be a good salesperson.
  • Humble to learn. Learn it all and growth mind-set.
  • Willing to work and establish career in Brisbane's south side
  • Current Real Estate Sales Registration Certificate (or Licence).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
