About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's creative,
organised and passionate about storytelling with purpose.
In this role, you'll support marketing activities across Training, NDIS and
Allied Health programs, developing campaigns, coordinating content, supporting
events, and ensuring our brand shines consistently across every touchpoint.
Working closely with the Brand and Marketing Manager,
Digital Marketing Lead, and service teams, you'll play a key role in raising
awareness, driving engagement, and showcasing the impact of Opendoor's work in
communities across Australia.
You'll be Responsible for:
• Coordinating marketing campaigns and tactical plans for
Training, NDIS and Allied Health and Cleanable programs
• Managing campaign timelines, schedules, and calendars
• Supporting delivery of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite,
LinkedIn and other platforms
• Assisting with event promotion, planning, and content capture
• Creating on-brand designs and marketing assets in Canva
• briefing social media posts and website updates
• Collecting data, preparing monthly performance reports, and providing
insights for improvement
About You
You're a hands-on marketing professional who loves bringing
ideas to life. You're collaborative, detail-oriented and thrive in a
purpose-driven environment.
You will bring:
• 3+ years' experience in marketing coordination or communications
• Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
• A creative eye and commitment to brand consistency
Bonus points if you have:
• Experience in the not-for-profit or community services sector
• Familiarity with NDIS, Training, or Allied Health industries
