About the Role:
We are expanding our community mental health workforce and have multiple opportunities for Mental Health Clinicians to join our Case Management, Intake and Intensive Support Program (ISP) teams.
These roles provide a great balance of clinical work, assessment, care coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will support consumers with a range of mental health needs while working in a welcoming, supportive team environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing recovery-focused clinical assessment and intervention
- Coordinating care and working closely with families, carers and other providers
- Completing timely, accurate documentation across key platforms
- Contributing to team-based activities and maintaining a positive team culture
- Meeting KPIs consistent with tertiary mental health services
What You'll Bring:
- Relevant qualification and registration (Nursing, Social Work, OT or Psychology)
- Minimum 2 years mental health experience
- Strong assessment, communication and engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic community setting
