We are looking for a civil construction professional based in Rockhampton or the surrounding area. You will ideally have experience as a leading hand or small projects supervisor with a range of experience to office.

We have projects in the pipeline that will require a local presence.

Requirements for this position

  • 7+ years in Civil Construction with 3+ years in leading roles
  • Evidence of a stable history of seeing projects through entire life cycle
  • History and experience in Earthworks, Defence or Drainage/Water
  • A supervisor that has climbed the ranks, started out on the ground and worked their way up as an operator / leading hand into supervision
  • Strong Aptitude for managing people and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of programs, budgets and production targets
  • Ability to report on progress and assist with claims
  • Evaluating hazards, controlling risks and undertaking regular inspections of systems and equipment.

Pay details and conditions

  • Salary Position $120k - $150k
  • Salary varies based on experience and uplift for job location
  • Monday to Half-Day Saturday Expectation
