Your duties will include :

You will support, and in-turn be taught the art of Real Estate sales by some of the best agents in the business.

• Client prospecting

• Interacting with clients face to face;

• Gathering market intelligence;

• Handling prospective buyer enquiries;

• Assisting with inspections and auctions;

• Assisting with listing properties for sale; and

• Any ad-hoc duties as required;

As you develop and display increasing competence in these areas your responsibilities will evolve, resulting in you becoming a fully-fledged Agent. In the years ahead, you may well become the Agent who mentors a new-starter

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous real estate sales experience (or willing to learn)

• Have a current Real Estate License or Sales Rep Certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);

• The ability to work with an award-winning team

• Possess a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle;

• Strong Client Nurture and communication skills

• Driven and motivated to succeed

• Initiative and a 'can do' attitude
