Sales Associate – Commission-Based

This is a commission-only role
. AJ Realty Group provides property listings for the Sales Associate to sell, but we also encourage associates to
bring in their own listings
. Associates will earn competitive commissions both for selling company-provided listings and for listings they secure themselves. This role is ideal for self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals looking to grow their portfolio and maximize earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs
• Conduct property viewings
• Manage sales negotiations and close deals
• Assist in marketing properties
• Prepare contracts and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property management (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Brisbane property market is an advantage
• Valid Queensland real estate license
• Reliable car and transport
