The role

You'll handle day-to-day file support, draft correspondence, prepare application documents, manage deadlines, and coordinate with clients and government bodies. The team is tight-knit, fast moving, and values someone who is proactive and communicates clearly.

What you'll handle

  • Drafting letters, client updates, and application forms
  • Managing email inboxes, deadlines, and file progression
  • Liaising with clients, tribunals, and the Department
  • Preparing briefs and collating supporting material
  • Billing, diary management, and general admin support

What you bring

  • 3+ years experience as a legal secretary
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident written communication
  • Ability to stay across multiple matters at once
  • Friendly, calm approach with clients
