Job Description
We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team within our Head Office in North Ryde. This is a casual position working 24-35 hours in the office.

About the role:

  • 24-35 Hours per week
  • Data entry of purchase orders
  • Checking and maintaining the accuracy of supplier reports
  • Attend to enquiries from showrooms and warehouses
  • Assist with purchasing team administration
  • Labelling swatches
  • Packaging items for postage
  • Corresponding with overseas suppliers (predominantly China and Vietnam)

Qualifications
About You:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin is preferred
  • A motivated self-starter with an eye for detail
  • Competent using Microsoft Office software
