About the role
Join PTC Chatswood as a Full-Time Customer Service, Sales & Device Technician
Put your repair skills to work in a role that combines customer service, sales, and hands-on technical expertise. You'll play a key part in supporting our Sydney Repair Centre while delivering exceptional service in-store.
In this role you will:
- Carry out repairs on a wide range of devices — from laptops and tablets to robot vacuums and specialty electronics.
- Provide technical support to our Sydney Repair Centre team.
- Engage customers with personalised recommendations and outstanding service.
- Showcase your sales skills to exceed targets and drive store performance.
- Create visually appealing product displays that highlight the latest tech.
Unlike entry-level roles, this position requires prior repair experience — whether in consumer electronics, IT, small appliances, or other devices.
This role would suit someone…
- With proven hands-on repair experience (not limited to phones — laptops, robot vacuums, or specialty devices highly regarded).
- Comfortable supporting both retail teams and a repair centre environment.
- With flexibility to work at least one weekend day and availability on public holidays when necessary.
- Able to work weekdays, with school-hour flexibility welcomed.
