About Us:

We are a family owned and locally operated bottleshop, proudly serving our community with a curated selection of quality wines, beers, and spirits. Known for our friendly service and welcoming atmosphere, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and queries.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Adhere to liquor licensing laws and policies, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
  • Collaborate with the team to support the smooth operation of the store.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and restocking products.
