Anna Dunne is looking for her next Prospector to join a fun, dynamic, and high-performing team on a part-time basis (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), with the opportunity for additional hours in the future. This role provides the opportunity to work 1:1 with a top 10 agent who has a strong focus on nurturing, mentoring and leading her team.

Your Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To

• Source new leads through outbound calls & database calls;
• Update and maintain the CRM with accurate client details, call notes, and lead status;
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential sellers or buyers;
• Pass warm leads to sales agents for further engagement and conversion;
• Additional responsibilities as required by lead agent;

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage clients over the phone;
• Self-motivated with the resilience to handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups;
• Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed daily/weekly activity targets;
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call-centre environments (advantageous but not essential);
• Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence;
