What we're looking for

  • Relevant tertiary teaching qualifications
  • Valid registration or eligibility for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching science at the secondary school level, with a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum
  • Full alignment with the values, virtues, and Christian beliefs of Freshwater Christian College
  • The ability to affirm and adhere to the College's Statement of Faith
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and engage students
  • A passion for science and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young minds
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the broader school community
  • Possess the legal right to live and work in Australia.
