About the role

A great opportunity to join the young and vibrant pharmacy team of 20 at the Dubbo Health Service and make a positive impact in rural health in our communities.

As a part of the multidisciplinary team in a very active hospital, you'll have a variety of interactions and diversity in your work every day, in a community that values your services and care.

In this role you'll rotate through wards and the dispensary as. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of pharmacy services to outpatients and inpatients to ensure the quality use of medicines within the hospital setting. This includes dispensing, drug distribution, manufacturing, clinical pharmacy services, outpatient services, drug information, education and research.

We offer flexible working hours Monday to Friday and the opportunity for additional weekend shifts and we support you with training and development, including 10 days study leave per year, clinical supervision and networking groups to advance your career.

This role would suit applicants who have an inquiring mind and are keen to further improve their clinical expertise and want to work in a thriving team and community.
