The Role
As a Territory Manager, you'll take full ownership of the VIC & TAS territory, promoting a portfolio of cutting-edge hospital consumables that play a crucial role in infection prevention and pressure injury management.
You will be the go-to expert for your customers, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, driving product education, and consistently delivering results. This role offers the opportunity to combine commercial drive with purpose, improving patient outcomes, strengthening hospital safety standards, expanding market reach, and making a measurable difference in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Based in Melbourne, this role covers the regions of VIC and TAS
- Execute a territory plan to drive growth and exceed sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including infection preventionists, nurses, and other medical staff, with a focus on infection and injury prevention solutions.
- Drive product awareness and deliver education on the benefits of disposable consumables for infection and injury prevention through engaging training sessions and product demonstrations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies effectively, ensure seamless service delivery, and provide exceptional customer service
- Travel across VIC and TAS as required as business needs arise
About You
- Proven sales success within medical devices, hospital consumables, or a related field
- High-performing sales professionals and experienced Territory Managers from pharmaceuticals or related industries with a strong interest in healthcare are welcome to apply
- Clinical or allied health background (nursing, biomedical, or similar) is a plus
- Confident, driven, and results-focused, with a passion for winning business
- Ability to manage territories autonomously while developing strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value and benefits of infection and injury prevention consumables
- Strategic, results-driven, with the ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies
