**About the Opportunity**

Milwaukee is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyse its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology, and to recommend and implement solutions that enable Milwaukee to achieve its goals.

**Reporting to the Head of Insights, Data and Analytics responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with the business to derive the business requirements and accurately articulating the requirements to enable internal and external parties to accurately deliver the outcome
- Work closely with the other Insights, Data and Analytics team members on design and implementation to ensure business requirements are being meet and communicated to business.
- Manage the business expectations and consistently provide feedback of the delivery. Ensure business sign off is achieved throughout project lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, showcases, retro’s and manage projects through an Agile approach
- Work closely with the other Insights, Data and Analytics team members on understanding new and emerging Qlik (and related systems) functionality and how this can be utilised within Milwaukee.
- Work closely and provide feedback to direct manager on any issues or concerns relating to the delivery or any business scope changes.
- Gather data from various source systems and databases, cleanse, transform and prepare data for Qlik Sense prototypes
- Translate business requirements into design and development specifications
- Monitor data integrity of reporting and data management systems
- Provide knowledge and guidance to business users for business driver KPIs and business trends
- Must have very good knowledge in Set analysis Concepts in Qlik Sense
- Experience in Data level security utilising Section Access

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills/attributes:

- Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
- Expert Qlik Developer (Architect) / Designer (Business Analyst) knowledge required
- Qlik Certified Preferred or willing to achieve certification within 6 months
- SAP system knowledge preferred
- Salesforce knowledge preferred
- Strong Data Warehouse and ETL skills essential
- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Proactive with ability to think ahead and focused on meeting deadlines
- Strong Presentation and training skills
- Exposure to business process management software preferred
