About your role:
Provide effective communication, consultation and negotiation throughout the service to ensure the involvement of stakeholders to facilitate communication among members of the multidisciplinary care team and streamline services.
Lead and coordinate quality improvement and evidence based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality cost-effective services.
Work collaboratively with the statewide coordination team for the Supporting Healthier Pregnancies Initiative and the broader Supporting Healthier Pregnancies Initiative governance and Community of Practice teams.
Facilitate engagement with HHS and senior clinical and executive leaders to promote and foster strategic and operational support for the Initiative within the HHS.
