Are you experienced in
truss manufacturing
and ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for
Production Team Members
with a background in timber or steel frame and truss assembly to join our expanding
Steel & Timber Framing division
.

What You'll Be Doing:

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where you'll be helping to build high-quality
timber and steel house frames and trusses
for leading home builders across Queensland.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Assembling
    timber and steel frames, walls, and trusses
  • Reading and following detailed plans and work orders
  • Using
    hand and power tools
    to ensure accurate builds
  • Assisting with dispatch and prepping orders for delivery
  • Contributing to a safe and organised workspace
  • Participating in toolbox talks and team training

About You:

We're looking for
reliable, experienced
team players who take pride in their work and understand the importance of safety, quality, and teamwork.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience building roof or floor trusses
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or construction environments
  • Ability to read and interpret plans or assembly drawings

To be successful, you must:

  • Be physically fit and able to work on your feet
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test
  • Work safely and follow all procedures and instructions
