Best & Less is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Full-Time Team Member to join our passionate and supportive teams - across Redbank, Riverlink & Mt Ommaney store locations. This role offers 38 hours per week, requiring the successful applicant to be available to work across the 3 locations as needed.

As a valued member of the 'Bestie' team, you'll be supported by a group that is genuinely invested in your success. With a down-to-earth approach, a shared passion for our product, and a strong team spirit, we create a workplace where you can thrive and enjoy coming to work.

Your day will consist of:

  • Receiving stock
  • Picking & packing individual customer orders
  • Administration
  • Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
  • Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
  • Ensuring the store is tidy and well presented

About you:

  • Passionate about the customer experience
  • Have a positive attitude
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Strong work ethic
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
