Role Description

This full time hybrid role, based in Melbourne, VIC, allows for a flexible combination of remote work and onsite responsibilities. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales, engaging with prospective clients, and building strong relationships. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing product training, delivering excellent customer service, and managing sales operations. The role also involves maintaining a deep understanding of the SAS Connect platform to demonstrate its value to potential clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs and concerns.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, manage sales pipelines, and develop market strategies.
  • Experience in Training and presenting product demonstrations to clients and teams.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Previous experience in the construction or technology industries is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
