About the role
This role doesn't come around too often at Keystart. It really is a unique opportunity.
The role will include the following:
- Ensure that Keystart's company values and behaviours are upheld whilst continuously striving to improve customer experience.
- Proactively build awareness and promote Keystart's Aboriginal Home Ownership scheme across WA.
- Continue to develop and build strong relationships within the Aboriginal/TSI communities.
- Research and continue to build your understanding of the Aboriginal people and communities.
- Perform preliminary mortgage assessments as required to support the team.
- Ensure all risks are identified and be proactive in ensuring controls are applicable and effective.
- Adhere to the administrative requirements of the business
- Develop and maintain relationships within the Aboriginal Community.
- Frequent travel to relevant areas around WA, which will require the individual to works outside non-traditional hours in line with the sales focus of the role
About You
You have a genuine passion for supporting our Aboriginal community to get into their own home and on the home ownership journey.
You are committed to Keystart's values of teamwork, customer focus, agility, and integrity; you love working in a diverse and inclusive team environment. You are not shy in raising matters, but you do so in a manner that builds trusting relationships and are always looking for ways to learn and grow.
Having sound financial literacy and experience with home ownership is highly regarded.
