We are seeking road workers/asphalters for a local paving and asphalt company that's been laying down roads for over 30 years
We're hiring Asphalt Crew Members to join our customers boots-on-the-ground team.
This is tough, honest work – outdoors, hands-on and a mix of days, nights and some away work
Whether you've worked asphalt before or you're looking to learn a solid job, we've got room for the right attitude
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepping job sites: cleaning, sweeping, and getting things ready to pave
- Shoveling, raking, and spreading hot mix asphalt by hand
- Operating or helping with equipment like pavers, rollers, skid steers, and compactors
- Working as a team to get jobs done right and on time
- Cleaning up sites and keeping equipment in shape
What We're Looking For:
- Experience is great, but we'll train the right people
- You can handle a shovel, show up on time, and work well with others
- Physically able to be on your feet, lift heavy stuff, and work in the heat
- A valid driver's license - HR or above preferred
- Safety-minded and dependable
- Steady hours and weekly pay
- Frequent Overtime when it's busy
- On-the-job training – learn paving and operating equipment
- Room to move up if you're motivated
- A crew that's got each other's backs
