With a proud history and a strong reputation, our centre provides authentic Montessori education for children aged 15 months to 6 years — creating calm, engaging, and purposeful learning environments that foster independence and lifelong curiosity.
We're on the lookout for passionate Casual Educators to join our growing team. Whether you're Certificate III or Diploma qualified, this is your opportunity to work in a nurturing and inspiring environment that values connection, purpose, and the joy of learning.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support children's development through meaningful, child-led learning
- Create safe, inclusive, and engaging indoor/outdoor environments
- Collaborate with a supportive team of Educators and Montessori-trained leaders
- Build respectful and trusting relationships with families
- Maintain compliance with the EYLF, NQS, and Montessori philosophy
- Bring flexibility, initiative, and a love for early learning every day
What You'll Need
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- First Aid Certificate (with asthma & anaphylaxis training)
- A strong understanding of child development
- Willingness to learn and embrace the Montessori approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
