With a proud history and a strong reputation, our centre provides authentic Montessori education for children aged 15 months to 6 years — creating calm, engaging, and purposeful learning environments that foster independence and lifelong curiosity.

What You’ll Be Doing- Support children’s development through meaningful, child-led learning- Create safe, inclusive, and engaging indoor/outdoor environments- Collaborate with a supportive team of Educators and Montessori-trained leaders- Build respectful and trusting relationships with families- Maintain compliance with the EYLF, NQS, and Montessori philosophy- Bring flexibility, initiative, and a love for early learning every day

What You’ll Need- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)- First Aid Certificate (with asthma & anaphylaxis training)- A strong understanding of child development- Willingness to learn and embrace the Montessori approach- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
