Our marketing team plays a key role in shaping how our brand engages with clients and the broader market. We are now looking for a strategic and creative digital marketer to lead our multi-channel digital presence.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Creative Strategy Manager who can bring strategic thinking, creative direction, and performance-focused digital execution together in one role. This person will own Rivkin's digital identity, lead content production across all business units, and ensure that everything we publish is aligned, impactful, and supported by data-driven insights.
What You'll Do
- Lead creative production and oversee all digital assets across business units (Canva + Adobe)
- Develop high-quality educational and thought-leadership content for web, email, social, and investor communications
- Build and maintain content calendars and orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Design and optimise landing pages, website content, and digital journeys (WordPress + Elementor)
- Develop, manage, and refine marketing funnels to support lead generation
- Oversee email automation using ActiveCampaign, including segmentation, workflows, and reporting
- Map customer journeys, analyse performance data, and present insights to Management
- Support webinars, investor presentations, and events with creative assets and digital workflows
- Provide direction and mentorship to a junior marketing support/design role
About You
You are a strategic digital marketer with strong creative instincts. You enjoy thinking two steps ahead, connecting ideas with insights, and bringing them to life through clean, smart, on-brand content. You're confident managing digital channels end-to-end, and you're comfortable leading a small team while remaining hands-on with execution.
What You Bring
Required
- 4–5+ years' experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or creative production
- Strong design capability with a clean, modern portfolio (Canva + Adobe)
- Experience building and updating WordPress/Elementor pages
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital performance metrics
- Strong experience with marketing funnels and email automation (ActiveCampaign or similar)
- Ability to analyse data, map customer journeys, and report insights
- Experience managing 1–2 team members or guiding junior staff
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial or professional services
- Video editing capability
- Experience supporting webinars or virtual events
