We're hunting for a switched-on sparkie who's smashing it in your current job but ready for the next step.

We've been powering the Sunshine Coast for over 10 years with a crew that works hard, has each other's backs, and knows how to have a laugh. From residential electrical to air con and solar – there's never a boring day here.

We're chasing a confident, sports-minded tradie with 2–5 years' post-trade experience who takes pride in their work, can train apprentices, lead installs when needed, and always puts customers first.

The Role

  • Train and mentor apprentices so they develop the right skills, safety habits, and work ethic.
  • Learn and follow our sales process to help deliver the best solutions for customers.
  • Take pride in your jobs – from planning through to completion – ensuring quality workmanship every time.
  • Lead installation jobs when required, keeping them on time, on budget, and up to Tenmen standards.
  • Always put customers first – deliver great service, clear communication, and a positive experience.

About You

  • 2–5 years post-trade experience.
  • Solar or air conditioning licence/ticket (or ready to upskill).
  • Confident communicator with customers and team members.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to take initiative.
  • Sports-minded with a competitive, team-focused attitude.
  • This isn't for apprentices or first-year tradies who haven't yet proven their skills.
