The Roles:

  • (SAA Accredited) Solar Electrician: Experienced in residential and commercial solar installations, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality solar services.
  • (SAA Accredited) Off-Grid Electrician: Expert in off-grid systems, with experience in designing, installing, and troubleshooting complex setups. [While off-grid experience is ideal, we're willing to train and mentor the right candidate.]

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in your respective field.
  • QLD Electrical License and relevant SAA Accreditation.
  • A positive attitude with the flexibility to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service by installing, repairing, and maintaining solar and electrical systems with a customer-first approach.
  • Assist with quotations and conduct pre-installation site inspections to determine the feasibility and best fit solar and electrical installations.
  • Work with sales team members to provide advice and support. Our business is owned by an electrician and we only install what is compliant, tidy and sensible. Our sales team are not able to pressure the electricians and in fact are guided by you.
  • Use your patience and industry knowledge to guide and mentor younger team members developing their skills.
