Aster Advisory is recruiting Graduate Analysts to join our Internal Audit and Risk team and our Probity team. These roles are ideal for graduates who want meaningful work, client interaction and strong early career development.

As a Graduate Analyst, you will work closely with experienced advisers, contribute to real client projects from day one and gain exposure to staff, senior management and organisational leaders across Victorian organisations. You will begin in allocated service lines and may have opportunities to work across other areas of the firm as your career develops.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸

As part of the Internal Audit and Risk team, you will learn how organisations operate, analyse business processes, and help advise clients of practical ways they can improve their performance and protect their business against threats and risks. This pathway offers diverse client exposure and the chance to build highly transferable leadership, advisory, risk management, audit, analytical and communication skills. It suits graduates who are naturally curious, enjoy learning and discovering how things work, are comfortable engaging with different stakeholders, and like tackling varied challenges rather than narrow technical problems.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘆

As a member of the Probity team, you will support fair, transparent and accountable public sector procurement processes by reviewing documentation, conflicts of interest matters, contributing to probity audits, attending project and evaluation meetings, and helping clients manage integrity and compliance requirements. You will work closely with senior probity specialists in the team and gain insight into how public sector projects are planned and procured. This pathway suits graduates who enjoy structured, analytical work, engaging with diverse stakeholders and working in collaborative advisory settings.

• Australian citizen or permanent resident


• Based in Victoria with capacity to attend the Melbourne CBD office and visit client sites

We support hybrid working, although time in our Melbourne CBD office during your first year is important to help you build relationships, accelerate learning, and receive hands-on support. Applicants from regional Victoria are welcome if they can attend the office regularly.
