This brilliant provider is looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef to join the kitchen team at a large aged care facility on the Sunshine Coast. With over 130 residents, this facility takes pride in delivering nutritious, high-quality meals while fostering a supportive, values driven environment.

You'll be responsible for preparing a variety of meals across different shifts, catering to the diverse dietary needs of residents. Working alongside the Head Chef and kitchen team, you'll ensure meals are delivered to the highest standard while contributing to a positive and collaborative environment. This is a role where you can actually see the difference you make in people's lives, in real time

With a varying shift pattern from Friday to Tuesday, if you are looking for an exciting kitchen environment where you can make an impact every day - this is for you

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in an aged care environment
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (other relevant certifications and qualifications are favourable)
  • Manual driver's licence is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for delivering quality food and care to residents
