Your Role
As An Early Childhood Teacher At Harmony, You Will

  • Design and lead engaging early learning programs
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with families and your team
  • Create a safe, inspiring environment where children feel heard, valued, and respected
  • Embed the core principles of early childhood education in everything you do

You will also play a key role in supporting our Kindergarten studios as they prepare for their unique End of Year Showcase, a heartfelt celebration of each child's journey, their voices, and the project work they have embraced throughout the year.

With only a few months until this special event, we're looking for someone who can help bring it to life. This role is about supporting and extending children's ideas, ensuring project work remains fun, natural, and authentic. Celebrating children's work should come naturally to you, it's about continuing the journey with them, amplifying their ideas, and creating something extraordinary.

About You
You are a passionate Early Childhood Teacher who is:

  • Holding (or working towards) a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
