The Role

  • Operate food manufacturing machinery such as pouch machines, weigh heads, bottle fillers, flow wrappers and labelling machines. Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently (previous experience in other equipment other than the above will also be considered).
  • Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and maintain workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with workplace safety standards.
  • Be mechanically minded & troubleshooting issues with packing equipment

To be considered for this role:

  • Strong work ethic and a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
  • Experience in a Food/ Beverage Manufacturing Factory.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Must have own Transport.
  • Must be physically fit and can lift 25kg at times

To be successful in this position you will need to be able to demonstrate:

· Previous experience of at least 2 years in the food manufacturing industry

· Commitment to safe and hygienic work practices

· Good oral and written communication and organisational skills

· Ability to work with minimal supervision and to use initiative
