About Us
The Role
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Manager Ageing Well and Operational Leadership Team, in the delivery of programs, projects and events
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the timely completion of corporate and business planning requirements
  • Ensure all probity checks are up to date for the department
  • Provide related reports as required for Manager and leadership team, ensuring confidentiality is maintained
  • Provide a high standard of service to customers, internal staff, service partners and community
  • Manage customer requests for the Department in line with Corporate procedures and timelines
  • Develop promotional and communication material as required
  • Provide administrative support for the use of Council systems and equipment
  • Liaise with internal service providers to ensure consistent organisational standards and act as a point of reference for the department in relation to correspondence, reports and timelines
