Each day, you'll go above and beyond to
- Proactively identify and establish new business and referral opportunities and utilise networks of BFS customers within Roma, Goondiwindi, Dalby and referral partners to meet income targets.
- Implement specific local competitive sales/income campaigns and initiatives to sell and promote tailored Bank products and services to small business owners in the region
- Prepare and submit for approval business lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry and business information.
- Ensure adherence to internal operating policies and procedures, maintaining compliance standards in accordance with regulatory frameworks.

- Strong understanding and experience with the lending process and credit policy, procedures and statutory requirements
- High attention to detail and stakeholder management sills
- Resilience and adaptability to manage clients with varying levels of financial circumstances
- A strong motivation to learn and customer obsession
- Willingness to learn and develop to cater for varying market segments
