Club Manager

Anytime Fitness Menai has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and self motivated Club Manager. The potential candidate will be responsible for the performance and success of the club.

The successful candidate will possess strong people skills with a highly developed communication and interpersonal skill set along with the willingness to support our member focused values. 

This individual must be comfortable working both alone, leading their clubs team and then part of our larger group. 

The Club Manager will be trained by and reports direct to the Regional Manager & General Manager . 

We don't always look for someone from within the industry, ideally you will have been in a previous position that required high quality customer service qualities & skills. 

Duties will include:

• Meet and greet potential and existing members.

• Manage a team of casual employees and contract personal trainers.

• Meet KPIs and sales targets.

• Seek out and generate new sales leads.

• Create a great club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation.

• Maintain the cleanliness standard of the club.

• Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the local community.

To succeed in the role you will be results driven, well presented, energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated with a customer based focus.

Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors is desirable.

Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is mandatory.
