Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at an exciting new 120-seat Mediterranean restaurant in Claremont.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working Tuesday to Saturday.

As Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our venue. Working closely with the management team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Overseeing restaurant operations, including floor management and service quality.
  • Assisting with staff training, rostering, and performance management.
  • Contributing to the growth and success of the venue.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role in a similar-sized venue.
  • A strong understanding of Mediterranean cuisine and fine dining operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
