As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Estimators and drive success in sales operations. This role is based from the VIC office in Melbourne Sth-East.

Your new role

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a team of Sales Estimators, ensuring they achieve and exceed their targets. You will develop sales strategies, oversee lead generation, and refine processes to enhance performance and conversion rates. This role is perfect for a results-driven leader with a strong background in home improvement or trade sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Estimators to drive performance and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversion rates
  • Monitor KPIs, provide training, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market trends.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in home improvement, roofing, or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
