The company has extensive experience with a range of industrial assets, including draglines, electric rope shovels, coal handling preparation plants, stacker reclaimers, ship loaders, and fixed plant equipment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Boilermaker located in Gladstone, QLD. The Boilermaker will perform day-to-day tasks including welding, metal fabrication, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining heavy industrial equipment. The role involves working on varied projects, including maintenance, fabrication, and repair tasks to ensure the reliability and functionality of client assets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Welding, including proficiency in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welding GMAW and FCAW and Oxy-acetylene cutting
  • Comprehensive understanding and ability to interpret and work from Blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience in Metal Fabrication and precision work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Capability to work in a physically demanding, on-site industrial environment
  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent certifications
